My infinityfree account was suspended because I created more accounts for the website

If you got a permanent suspension:

Suspended accounts are deleted automatically after 30 days. InfinityFree are required by law enforcement to keep suspended accounts for some time. Under no circumstance will accounts be deleted earlier. Please do not submit support requests to get your account deleted, as they will always be denied.

If it is a temporary suspension, wait 24 hours and you can then deactivate your account.

Deactivated accounts are deleted automatically after 60 days following the moment of deactivation. If you want to use the account again or get access to its contents, you can reactivate the account from your client area as long as you have fewer than three active accounts.
