The first page doesn’t have an issue. Once I try to open wp-admin page or some other pages, I get the error. The error is not consistent throughout the website.

If it still doesn’t work, you might need to change your hosting account password from the Client Area as the part of the article I’m linking to says:

Sometimes, if you change your password, the password isn’t processed correctly in the database server. You can force the password to be reset again by changing your hosting account password through the client area. Please make sure to use a different password initially, although you can change the password back to the original password you were using afterwards.

After changing the hosting account password, please wait for at least 15 minutes for the changes to go through the system. During this time, you may also want to clear cache and cookies to help make sure you will actually use the new password for phpMyAdmin.

And afterwards change the password on your wp-config.php file as well.

What doesn’t make sense is that some pages are OK but some are not.

I opened MySQL and found no database, which is very weird. There must be a database because I’ve been using it. If there is no database, how can I open some of my pages!?!?!?

I opened phpMyAdmin, and got a message of “No Databases on this account.”

I edited wp-config.php so that the program is in debug mode. So, I believe I’m accessing the correct account.

I’m completely stuck…

The main page and the top pages of 2 out of 3 categories open correctly, but “next page,” top page of 1 of 3 categories, individual page, and wp-admin don’t open.

I cleaned cache in my browser, and got the same result.

It seems like my database disappeared, and am reading cache from somewhere for the 3 pages I mentioned above.

How can I contact actual support from team Infinityfree?
