Database Cofnig Error

Hello i have problems with my website https://geminiers.cf it constantly shows errors when i try to upload/save/edit or just make any changes at all to the website! I tried to solve the issue by trying some recommendations i saw on the forum but the issue still occurs.

Can i get some suggestions how to fix the issue? Thanks.
