I don’t know how to fix this please help.
While connecting with printful their support team said to post it on the hosting companies forum because its and ssl error and has something to do with the site

to see it you would need acces to my sites own admin login
Can you give any more helpful information? Where in the Admin area? What is process it is stuck on? Are there other errors?
Because right now the only thing I can do to ‘help’ is use Google, and I know you can do that yourself.

Considering that I still can’t see the error message or anything wrong, that is not helpful. Please re-read my previous post and answer as many of the questions in as much detail as possible.

I looked up the error message, and I am almost certain that this issue is related to the lack of the intermediate certificate:
Unfortunately, there isn’t anything that can be done on either yours or InfinityFree’s side, as one of the solutions (editing php.ini/user.ini) is only supported in premium hosting.
You can try asking the service you’re trying to use to disable certificate verification.
