404! We couldn't find that page.

Hello Admin, Can you help me? My website is not working. when I type my URL as “colorgrade.in”, it shows “404! We couldn’t find that page.” But When I type my URL as “www.colorgrade.in”, it shows my “Directory Listing”. And when I click on my page “index.html” it opens the home page, but the buttons on that page don’t work. It shows me “404! We couldn’t find that page.” again. What should I do? Please help me.
