intento conectarme por medio de este link, se supone que si hago esto me deberia de mostrar la base de datos.

es lo mismo:
si entro por phpMyAdmin puedo crear mi base de datos, pero quiero ver los datos de la base de datos por eso el link , para que al entrar me muestre los datos
No, you cannot visit that link directly. The phpMyAdmin link is on the right of the box in your image.
