The error is pretty self explanatory. Have you pointed you domain at the infinity free name servers? Remember that these changes can take up to 72 hours to update everywhere

Was that within the last 72 hours? And have you added the domain to your account?
Remember that DNS changes can take up to 72 hours, so you may just have to wait.
I haven’t modified the DNS name server, it was already working fine and suddenly from yesterday 10 PM its down . My website was already working nothing changes have been done
My site was down from yesterday night 10 PM and then i waiting till morning and still issue wan not solved then i just updated name server but it was same as now
I checked the issue and it seems that our nameservers are just not responding at all to lookups of your domain name.
I think that this is an issue on our end, it affects other com.np domains too, and we had a similar case in the past with web.id domains.
I’ve reported the issue upstream so they can look into it.
im also facing same issue it was workin well previously but without any modifications im also having this issue can you guys update me what was the issue and is it going to be resolved ?
welcome to the forum. Is your domain a .com.np too? if so, as admin said above, theres an issue being looked into

the solution is to be patient and wait for the underlying problem to be fixed.
Or you could add a parked domain from a different provider (such as a .pp.ua that you can get for free from nic.ua) to give users a temporary access point to your site.
Its not perfect, but those are really the options
is there any other name server i can update or should I just wait
Pankaj update me too if you find any alternative as .com.np is having issue with infinity domain server it’s already been 2 days for me it’s stopped working 
Unfortunately no, there arn’t any other name servers you can use (as far as I’m aware)
although IFastNet do have other name servers, they all run on the same back end and so will have the same problem
com.np domains are not permitted on free hosting due to repeated server attacks on this domain extension, if you wished to host those here you would need to upgrade to a premium account from iFastNet.com
