I did actually get a reply along the same lines from iFastNet. I assumed that it was a technical issue, but it seems to be deliberate.

iFastNet did say they were looking into getting it reactivated again though, but the domains would still be under review.

I don’t know if upgrading to premium will help. But you can get a free domain like .pp.ua to have an alternative domain that should work

Admin seems to be trying to request support again but I don’t know if it will come back or not.

To answer your questions:

  • As far as I am aware, no such limit exists on premium hosting. In other words, upgrading should solve this issue. But you should check that with iFastNet to be sure.
  • You can still use our hosting, but you may want to use another domain for this. Free subdomains are always still an option.

In the mean time, I’m aware that you are all waiting for a resolution. I’m working on it. Please have patience, posting more messages saying “please fix this quickly” and similar are not necessary and don’t speed it up.

Depending on your browser ect, you may have cached a dead page. Try clearing your cache and see if that fixes it (an incognito window, or pressing Ctrl f5 can work too)
