Cloudflare error: Your domain DNS is hosted by CloudFlare

Hello! I am asking about my website Escalate Esports (escalateesports.ml). I have been trying to use cloudflare on my dns servers, but do I have to enable it in CPANEL. Because when I do, I get this error mesage

CLOUDFLARE ERROR : Your escalateesports.ml’s DNS is hosted by CloudFlare. If you’d like to switch to Byethost, you must first deactivate and then delete “escalateesports.ml” ;. These options are available in the Settings menu.

Using CloudFlare from the Control Panel plugin can break your site. You can use Cloudflare on your site from https://dash.cloudflare.com.
