Can’t upload Zip file

When i upload my zip file (12 MB) to hosting, process pause in 50% and stop (maybe, because i was wait 30 min but that not continue…)

When use FTP

It’s successful to transfers to hosting, but after 1second, my zip file auto been Delete…

I don’t know why…

afaik, the max upload file size is limited to 10 MB. You can’t upload file with size > 10 MB

Please unzip the file on your computer then upload the resulting files.

Again: please don’t upload archives with the file manager. The file manager is best for uploading a small number of files or making quick edits.

Please extract the zip on your own computer and upload the files with FileZilla.

Depending on what type of file that is, it still may be too big.

If it is within the allowed limit, please try uploading it via FileZilla
