I was trying to get the Softaculous Installer to work after creating the domain. Other discussions I read stated other people were having the same problem when theirs was created and to delete and readd the domain. When I go to domains, the domain is not listed but I can’t add it back either.
Well, it could be due to the outage then.

It seems like something went wrong with the domain administration of your account, where the domain may have been deleted, but not completely.

Alternatively, you can wait for the account to be fully deleted, but then it may take 60 days before you can use the domain again.
