and can’t create a new database.

My website cant connect to database

Username (e.g. epiz_XXX) or Website URL epiz_29427579 (Website for mswp.infinityfreeapp.com) database cant be connected (please share the FULL error message you see) Other Information when i open my database from control panel and my database not shown there, its only say “Currently using of 400 available databases.” but no database are shown? why? my database server info : |MySQL Hostname|sql308.epizy.com| |MySQL Port (optional)|3306|
