It does look like sql308 is not working. The number of databases is not showing on both the database screen and the homepage in the control panel for one. Admin will take a look at this topic when he comes online, so please be patient.

None of the various IP addresses involved DO NOT REPLY when pinging with regard to this sql308 on epizy. To me, this is like a whole server unit disconnected or down.
The database server your account is on, server SQL308, seems to be down at this time. I have contacted iFastNet about this but am still waiting for details.
my database epiz_29930101 is not yet secure but I already received my ssl certificate thus am unable to add more user on my database request for assistance
