I am not able to open file manager for my domain. It is always showing a login screen to port 21 and that too is asking for a password and my password is not working either.
It seems that many people are experiencing this issue. Seems like the ftp servers are under strain. Wait until the admin has something to say instead of making a duplicate post

The FTP server issues should be resolved now, which includes the file manager issues. Do you still have these issues right now?
If so, can you please try to login over FTP instead? The error messages from most FTP software is a bit more explicit that those from the file manager.
If that doesn’t work either, could you please follow the steps from this article to make sure your FTP access is properly enabled?

This issue seems to be persisting for many. I seem to be getting the error that would indicate a DDoS attack:

There were some issues with the FTP service earlier today, but that should be better now. Can you please try again?

I have tried today. The problem still persists. Sometimes I can access my files but, at some other times the same error message shows up. A lot of other errors are also being shown. Like if I try to create new files, at some instances failure messages are shown. Many other variety of error messages are being shown as well.
Right now I am getting this same error and I am not able to access my files anymore.
It just went down for me my site was up all day.
