it says authentication error ie password is wrong but im using the same password as cPanel
and taking a screen shot will not show anything more than my original post as I copied and pasted that info from filezilla’s screen

I mean is that the password you’re picking? make sure there aren’t black spaces if you’re copy/pasting.

I have ftp.epizy.com set as the ftp server but now I notice a warning from malwarebytes saying
ftpupload.net Website blocked due to Trojan
Im not using ftpupload.net so whats happening ?

BayoDino I see the issue with the password, I was going by this information given to me by cPanel as shown in this screenshot but thats completely false information
The actual real password is in the infinityfree manage accounts page and that page matches the screenshot you sent me
So now I have the correct password but cannot connect via ftp because of the trojan warning lol what a disaster !
you can see the confusion that cPanel is giving, sorry if I was a bit agrovated but I was stressed to F with this
Now if only this trojan warning would go away I might be able to finally login, is this a false positive from malwarebytes ?

ive managed to upload via ftp finally and just getting a blank page but I just noticed that my account is "Pending Creation " heh
Can you use 185.27.134.11 as ftp address?
its all fine now, I whitelisted ftpupload.net in malwarebytes just to shut it up
ftp is working, i just gotta wait until the pending creation is over
I don’t know why it’s still pending but it might activate after while.
btw the false information about ftp password in cPanel is really confusing and must catch a lot of people out
