Cannot get a new free SSL Certificate

I cannot get a new free SSL certificate. I was using the free SSLs from Google Trust without an issue so far. I’ve tried to renew / request a new one since the previous has expired, but the order does not proceed. The error message says We did not detect any nameservers on your domain name

Any ideas on how to resolve this ?
