Can Other servers interact with Php hosted here?

I’m creating a basic php form to gather visitors names, email and their ip etc for postback testing from CPA networks, but after reading a couple of forum posts, It seems the data stored in mysql dbs can only be interacted with locally. I’d appreciate if you could help me with this.

no that is not possible, you can’t use infinityfree to host database , i guess its not allowed here.
