Can not access my websites

Continuing the discussion from This site cannot be accessed:

I have 2 websites and I cannot access them both, the first redirects me to a different website on chrome but works on another browser and the second one gives an error 500

first one: scandiweb-test-luther.rf.gd/

second one: http://manlulu07.epizy.com/
