Can I point a subdomain to infinityfree? Iim getting http://suspended-website.com/

Hi!
I make a subdomain which is linkinbio.cherdigital.com.ar and we have a subdomain from other domain pointing there linkinbio.camaronbrujo.com but when I go to the site it redirects me to suspended-website. com/.
Why is that? Am I missing something?

I made the subdomain in infinityfree: linkinbio.cherdigital .com.ar
I made the subdomain on Donweb: CNAME linkinbio.camaronbrujo .com content linkinbio.cherdigital .com.ar
Then I made A record: linkinbio.camaronbrujo.com to 185.27.134.172 (infintyfree ip of my subdomain).

I did the research on suspended-website .com/d/ topics but those fixes didn’t worked (desactivating and reactivating the account).

I see this

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I don’t want to point the hole domain to infinityfree because they are using a woocomerce hosted on another webhosting and the main .com domain is pointing to that hosting.

I wanned to only point that subdomain to infinityfree, and use my hosting (I made a subdomain for that).

That’s poiting to my domain IP
Sorry, I’m not a expert, maybe I’m doing something wrong.

If you want to use that subdomain, you need to add it to hosting account.
Since you did not do that, of course it will not work

You need to add the domain to your account, then add the subdomain. Once both are added, just point the subdomain to IF via your DNS provider, and not the main domain.

The easiest thing to do in your situation is to add the base domain to your account with the CNAME method. Once it’s added you can create the subdomain in the InfinityFree client area and point to it with an A record.
