Best way to organize account?

So I just saw this:

How should I do this ?

So I guess I was trying to create a sub-subdomain (my head hurts). And this is possible with a paid account.

Still curious if there is a way to organize a single account or subdomain to use for multiple purposes without comingling all the files.
