I was using Wordpress to develop a website and now it is suspended. Is there anyway I can get the files to the website e.g., talk to support option?

When you Hit a Limit, you would have to wait 24 hours from the time the limit was hit before your Account is online again. The Client Area will tell you how much time you have left.

I’ve seen some posts that backups can be given - such as this one Website down and suspended for no good reason but to pay for Ifastnet hosting package

These posts are from people who have had their account permanently suspended. If
your account was permanently suspended, you would open a support ticket in the Client Area, and kindly ask for a backup.
In your case, however, you have a Hits Limit. All you can do is wait, unless it tells you to open a support ticket in the Client Area (which I assume it does not, since I am not InfinityFree staff)

Even when this can be done, it usually takes longer than 24 hours, so you’ll be quicker following the guide Jri shared.
From personal experience, I’d reccomend keeping a regular backup of your site on your own computer, or cloud storage just in case.
