It seems that Infinity baits you into free hosting only to hold all your files and data base as ramson so you’ll buy a hosting plan off Ifastnet.com this just another bait n switch con.
After two weeks work putting my wordpress site on this hosting they suddenly after a months low bandwidth usage suspended my account with no pry warning or evidence to support the suspension policy.
I like to back up all my hardwork which you seem to be holding for no other reason but to pay for a premium plan … this is basically another bait n switch con to buy hosting off Ifastnet.com … you honestly think anyone would trust buying anything off you or ifastnet hosting after this kind of treatment and support?
Your ripping people off and looks like bringing Ifastnet down with you
Please give access to my files so I can backup data base and files or I will have to take further action
I’ve also noticed other post of people having the same problem here too. So it’s like they either purge you after you’ve spent a considerable amount of time building your site just for it to be deleted or held for ransom.
Great post! There is just one tiny issue with your scam theory: you were given backups of your website within 3 minutes of you asking for them.
Why, you may ask? Because we almost always allow you to download your website files, and will never, ever charge you anything for that service.
Please don’t insult, accuse and threaten people without giving them a chance to help you. You’ll find the world is a lot more friendly if you give people the opportunity, rather than jump to the most pessimistic conclusion.
Yes after asking for the files they was sent, however you should of followed your terms of service instead of choosing to suspend my site with out any good reason . My site followed your terms of service and had a minimal bandwidth usage. You may have notice that the site was complete and was active so Suspend it to bait me to sign up for a Premium hosting package. what kind of business label would you use to call a hosting company that did that to their clients ?
Can you show me any evidence or useage of excess bandwidth was used for my web site ? and a reason why it was suspended ?
I’m sorry, but which email do you mean? The responses to the support ticket you sent? That’s not a bot, that’s a human. Yes, a human responded within minutes after you requested backups, and provided them to you.
And I can assure you that it’s very easy to add a link to every message sent. In fact, iFastNet requires us to keep these links with the tickets.
But these are just ads. They are always added, regardless of content. These ads do not relate whatsoever to the content of the ticket. I can imagine it would come across as “we cannot host your website, oh, here is a link to our premium service you could try instead”, but I can assure you that this was not our intended message.
Many suspensions are, but this suspension specifically was done by a human. This was not done by mistake, but by intention, hence the account was not reactivated, and you got backup links instead.
you still haven’t gave the reason why and any evidence you suspend a web site … the reason is to either cause suffering for clients enough they are forced to go to get hosting else where or threw the affiliated link you keep pushing, … so effically it isn’t good business practices to say you give a service that will not honour.
