Hi there.
All 15 of my websites (3 different accounts) are showing the same message in the WordPress plugin section of the dashboard.
I had enabled auto-update for all plugins.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I am not experiencing this with my websites with a different hosting service.

Are you sure that WP-Cron is actually running?
Additionally, since our servers set the execution time limit to a rather short value, automattic upgrades tend to not work well. I recommend you to upgrade with Softaculous if you installed that way, or just proceed with manual upgrades.
@Frank419 I have no idea if Cron is running. I installed WP via Softaculous, installed my websites from templates, installed plugins and set set each of them to auto-update from within the WP Dashboard. I don’t know anything about server related processes.
Manually updating is a last resort, as each website has about 5-10 plugins. It’s time consuming, but I am getting free hosting, so can’t really complain. 
Not advisable, as this is known to cause more issues than to solve it.
This is the preferred way
