Hi, all my sites were just suspended for NO reason at all and I haven’t done anything, can somebody please help?
Most are fanmade stuff but yea ignore that lmfao
You were probably suspended for violating the terms of service.
You are only allowed to have 3 free hosting accounts at a time. Violating that rule will result in all your accounts getting suspended (As you have seen)

I know, I only had 3 accounts, and some were awaiting deletion, I did NOT bypass it nor have I bought anything
Doubtful. Websites aren’t suspended for no reason, even if you don’t know what that reason is.
Not anybody on the forum, no. Non-temporary suspensions are exclusively dealt with by the account review team by submitting a support ticket. Your suspended accounts that were active (so not pending deletion) will have the option to open a support ticket.

I already made a ticket, but I don’t understand because none of my sites broke any rules, they were all perfectly fine and not rule breaking? One was a game site, one was a work in progress (no files), and the other had information about a game, like a wiki. Also none of them had any malware or illegal stuff, so this is extremely frustrating and confusing.
It’s more than possible to violate the TOS without realizing it. Like for example if a CMS or theme you uploaded accidentally contained malware. Alternatively, it could be a false positive, which does occasionally happen. Some offenses will trigger all of your hosting accounts to be suspended even if only one of them violated the rules, which could be what happened. In either case, only the account review staff have the ability and authority to do anything.

I never uploaded a theme so idk, I’ve already made a ticket so I hope to get my accounts back, thanks!
