Name is the server needed, like ns1.byet.com
Value, or Data, is the CNAME made in either client area or control panel
TTL can be left at default
Give it some time, approximately 72 hours for the domain CNAME to be visible by InfinityFree.

For more information, refer to linked articles.

Thank you very much, the link has been completed, and the domain has been added, but the dns appears as in the picture…

Also, the site still opens on a Godaddy page - even though I installed WordPress from here…
I cannot access WordPress Manager or open the site on it

Ok!

The nameservers need to be configured to InfinityFree’s nameservers for the domain to work with InfinityFree. Refer to the article I linked in the beginning of this Topic to help.

I have already checked with cname

The CNAME records help verify that you own the domain, but in order to use it with InfinityFree, you have to change the nameservers.

(BTW, IDK why but it keeps converting the link to German, I posted the English one 3 times! )
This should help, refer to the client area or control panel in InfinityFree for the nameservers.

Also, give it about 72 hours for DNS to cache the new nameservers.

@Jri-Creator, in reality you can also point the domain to other nameservers and point it to the website IP on the Client Area for the domain to work without making users change the nameservers (e.g. if they have to use email services and don’t remember the records to set for them to work).

@zied_ticket_ahmed, if you don’t want to change your nameservers and stick with GoDaddy’s ones, read this:

Make sure to remove the other A records before you do this, though, and wait for DNS propagation after you’ve done it.

Definitely wrong.
ns1.byet.com should be in the value field

Oops, 1 AM where I am, so I’m tired. Thanks for correcting that.

Thanks for the contributions, I’ll try it
