The email says that I attempted to log in more times than allowed, but that’s not true; I only logged in once on both days.

Then you misunderstood the email. Because the issue is that you hit the entry process limits. Please see this article about what the limit means:

If you check the graphs in the client area, you will see very high entry process usage, and quite high CPU usage. So apparently your website is quite heavy for free hosting.
