Account Susppend 24 hours

Hi, my account has been suspended for two consecutive days. The email says that I attempted to log in more times than allowed, but that’s not true; I only logged in once on both days. The login history also shows this.

I’m working on a university project on this platform and can’t continue because of this issue. I really need access to complete my final exam.

There is not a limit on how many times you can login. Perhaps you were suspended for a large number of hits?

Probably that’s it. So, in that case, I can’t do anything for the page? I need to wait?
Maybe if I use another browser, the hit usage won’t be a problem?
I’m new to this website creation world, sorry!

A hit is a request to a file on the server. You have a limit of 50,000 hits per day and if you use up them all you get a 24 hour suspension.

From my experience, if you hit the limit twice in a row, your site will be suspended for abuse and you’ll have no option but to download a backup and let your site get deleted.

Then you misunderstood the email. Because the issue is that you hit the entry process limits. Please see this article about what the limit means:

If you check the graphs in the client area, you will see very high entry process usage, and quite high CPU usage. So apparently your website is quite heavy for free hosting.
