Account suspended for nothing

No, it’s not a war, and I don’t want it to become one.

read his message

For the record, when you signed up, you agreed to the terms and conditions which state that your account may be suspended at any time for any reason. Since that is apparently what you believe has happened, note that it is entirely legal, and 100% within the rights of InfinityFree to suspended any account.

That’s all I’m going to say here.

Also, please note that this still applies:

i know i agree to terms of service of infinityFree, but that say they can possibly ban you for no reason at all

I don’t understand why your account is suspended. I don’t know whether the reason is accurate or justified. All I know is that I cannot help you with this.

I see you have submitted one ticket for one account which has one message. If the response of a ticket doesn’t answer your question, please feel free to reply to the ticket with followup questions.

That’s not the case, and poor wording from @Greenreader9 I think.

The rules have clear explanations as to what’s allowed and what isn’t. However, our terms do state that we have the right to terminate your services if we believe that you are violating the rules. So, suppose that we believe that your account violates the copyright of a well known company, then we believe your content is illegal, which gives us the right to terminate your services.

If this happens, then we’re not going to argue with you whether it’s actually the case, whether you think it’s fair, or whether the rights holder cares. We believe that you’re in violation, which gives us the right to terminate.

Whether you believe whether we’ll abuse those terms to suspend you for nonsense reasons is up to you. But then do ask why we could have terms that say “we can terminate your account at any time for any reason” if that’s what we do, but don’t have those terms.

Hi, our 3rd party provider iFastNet does not allow anything they think is against their terms of service. They don’t take second chances. If you continue to have questions about the service, please contact them via support.ifastnet.com.

From the 5th rule of the terms of service, it is clearly stated that you may be in the wrong:
You will not use this Site or the Services in a manner (as determined by InfinityFree in its sole and absolute discretion) that:

  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of another User or any other person or entity (or links to content on third party sites/servers that infringes intellectual property rights);

Feel free to get mad at me if you think I’m wrong. You’ll just be violating another except of rule 5:
You agree to not use the services to:

  • “stalk” or otherwise harass another; and/or

Considering that the InfinityFree forum is a service provided by InfinityFree, this follows by this rule and so does with all your actions towards this and any other services provided by them.

There is one more rule I will mention ( rule 2 ):

This Site and the Services are available only to Users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this Site or the Services, you represent and warrant that you are

  • at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Cheers :tada:

As you’ve been told multiple times: ask that in the support ticket. Account suspensions are not handled on the forum, and we cannot provide an answer for that here.
