Please note that that does not work here.

It seems that HumHub requires a system cron job to work. However, it’s not possible to run system commands on our hosting, including these cron commands.

As for the actual issue, make sure the info is correct and the database exsists.

The informations are correct and the database exists.
I thought Humhub was supported since it is proposed by Softaculous (installed on the panel)…
Is there a way to make humhub work anyway?

Just because it is available in Softaculous, doesn’t mean it’ll work. Please see this topic:

Softaculous is not owned by InfinityFree, and Admin is not going to spend days going threw every application to see if it works (He also cannot remove things from it, so its pointless anyway). HumHub works on iFastNet (I think), so you can get a premium plan if you wish to use it.
