You are hitting, and only hitting, the HITS LIMIT. We should only discuss this specific limit.
Hits limit could easily be reached on a poorly optimized website. Bots and attacks could also easily generate enough traffic that is invisible to analytics tools.
Unfortunately free hosting don’t keep access logs, neither does this forum provide any kind of one on one support because it’s a community forum, so you must try and figure out if your page is using too much assets to load a single page.
You can also use CloudflareONLY if you have a custom domain to help mitigate the bots issue.
I have the same issue. Suspended for too many “hits”..yet only a few people have looked at the site, which is about 5 jpgs and 2 embedded videos. So, 24 hr suspension, then the minute that’s over, another notice regarding “abuse” and a suggestion to upgrade from free.

Unfortunately ddos attacks do happen from time to time. And they can result in suspensions, since the traffic still uses resources and impacts other sites, not just yours. It’s not ideal but it does happen.
