404 page error

nathanielraymedia.com

Error Message : 404 we couldn’t find that page

Are there any redirections in place on your page? and do you have an index.php or index.html file in the root of your htdocs folder?

No redirections and I have those files

any changes to your .htaccess file?

I’m not sure if this is the issue but its worth checking

If you parked your domain to your hosting then your files need to be uploaded to
/htdocs/

However if you added your domain as an add-on domain then your files need to be uploaded to
/nathanielraymedia.com/htdocs/

Ah ! I see that you are using cloudflare name servers so this may be an issue with the cloudflare cache

Login to cloudflare and purge the cache then reload the page and see if its working ?

BTW sorry I took so long to reply but I am busy repairing laptops

Oh okay, so i park nathanielraymedia.com too nathanielraymedia.com?

I wasn’t saying that you should change one to the other , I was just asking if you had

Sorry for the confusion , I’m just trying to think of all possibilities

I’m still thinking …

i have it set like this

that all looks fine
something strange is going on as even the readme gives a 404
https://nathanielraymedia.com/readme.html

it seems like all requests are getting lost somewhere
would it be possible if you remove the domain from your account and add it again just to see if that fixes it ?
