I have just created my account, and when I got the email about my account has been activated, I visited my website but I saw that error. Then I opened the File Manager but there was no file or folder which is unusual. Because it auto creates a .htaccess file and htdocs folder.

So I tried to create a .htaccess file but then I got this error.

Then I tried to use softaculous, I thought softaculous might create all the necessary files while installing a script, but no luck. I also got an error there.

So what is wrong with my account? Please help me to fix it.

An update regarding this issue: the data in question is being migrated to a new PHP 8.2 server. The hosting platform is already updated to point to the new server, but not all data has been migrated yet. The remaining accounts are currently being migrated, and your files should be restored automatically within the next 24 hours.

Yes, because I have deleted that domain as it was not working. Instead, I created curl.rf.gd. However, can I again take the domain gurl.rf.gd to my new account? because we can have 3 accounts.

Sure, why not. You can create a new account for it if you have fewer than three active accounts, or just add it to an existing account.
