I last installed in 10/23 when I bought a new PC and I didn’t have any problems then, but I always install offline and without installing updates during the installation…so that the process will be completed faster and I’ll be sure that there won’t be any problems.

Then when I enter the first time in Win, I open the disk manager and sort the partitions, assign letters the way I want…
drivers, and all settings…I uninstall some apps that came with Win, etc..and then a full backup of the sys partition (and the other 3 that are connected to win).

Then once I have a functional clean OS in the backup, it goes online and all the updates, I add AV, install secondary programs, and all other finesse…trim the disk…then the main backup goes.

what is happening to you is on v2?

Win11_23H2_English_x64v2.iso
and you want to have v1 (of course there is no v1 in the name, just the name
Win11_23H2_English_x64.iso) ?

or you are talking about some of your custom iso installations?

they are just regular iso’s downloaded using the microsoft media creation tool but then I transfer them over to my ventoy multi-iso bootable usb stick

i’ll have to check the versions of the iso’s, i’ll post back later

If you wanna screw with a friend that relies heavily on the spell checker when using their word processor then ask if you can use their system to type a letter

make plenty of common misspellings and add them to the dictionary so that next time they use it they wont receive any spelling errors :stuck_out_tongue:

I tried but cant guess the two words as the spaciness of the image is blocking my ability to think of anything else :rofl:

I just started reading this and my first though was that anybody that designs something for public use and leaves an exposed USB port is just asking for trouble

All my iso’s on my bootable sticks are V2, I have found this

Win11_22H2_English_x64.iso

but im not sure if its clean as im not able to verify the sha256 :frowning:

RUFUS can bypass a lot of restrictions

I can setup Win11 Pro offline account

Btw how does one person who decide to help other people here, gets TL2 after a while, starts the advanced tutorial, then stuck on delete/undeleting post step? Why not either disable the tutorial or enable delete post permission?

You can skip those two steps without any problem, as it won’t affect the advanced tutorial achievement progress.
