But the problem is they only increased the number in the counter for now; the next step is to increase the trigger in the configuration file for the quotas they use for free hosting.

I know some file types like .pdf for example will be deleted from my free hosting
Do you know if webassembly .wasm files will be deleted ? I am hoping they are allowed as I want to try writing some bare metal webassembly

well I created an empty .wasm file in GHex containing just the magic number and version and uploaded it to my website
it hasn’t been deleted yet but time will tell

I just want to say how much I hate AI
AI uses so much energy and wastes this planets resources for results that in most cases are pretty useless and a total waste of time
vs
A human running on no more than a can of coke and a packet of crisps can generate something that actually works in very little time
I choose the human

If you hate AI then you also hate humans because humans created it
AI is cheaper because for a human you have to pay for health care, invest and educate him, hope he doesn’t go to another company, people have good and bad days, their productivity varies…
AI works 24/7/365, doesn’t sleep, doesn’t have holidays and vacations.
War machines such as unmanned aircraft - it can go much faster and more agile because there is no man who is sensitive to G forces…
Space exploration, no need for food and a lot of extra cargo if there are no people…
The problem with AI is that very, very many people will soon lose their jobs
from economists and all the way to programmers…

In fairness humanity has a good amount of aspects to hate, mainly the nature of seeking power and wanting to get on top of anyone else
I think the problem with AI is that it gets misused, e.g taking data from the creators without their consent and using it as training material, deep faking etc. There definitelly should be a way to regulate its usage IMO.
I already feel like things evolved rather too quickly for my mind to comprehend.
