pp.ua is still fine. At least the main site is still OK. Sad thing is, I don’t have a credit card to activate one. By now I’m stuck to frank419.link, which is expiring in 4 months.

Using AI is fine, if you understand it’s limitations.
I like the name Microsoft gave their AI: Copilot. And that’s how you should treat AI. As someone by your side to help you. But you’re still the captain, you’re in charge, and you’re ultimately the one responsible for keeping the plane and the people on it safe.
AI is like an intern: very eager to help and to learn stuff. An intern can be very helpful if they work under supervision, or if you give them some straight forward grunt work. But you don’t trust an intern to make the big decisions in your organization, and you don’t trust them to be authoritative sources on anything.
AI also has the tendency to come up with wildly incorrect things out of thin air and present them as truth. Just like an intern that may read some articles and draw conclusions which anyone with experience know is just not true.
AI is not a search engine that accurately summarizes the entire world for you. If you want to know the truth, you’ll still have to search for stuff yourself, investigate, verify and weigh different sources.
Maybe AI will get there at some point. But right now, you should not trust AI to do anything. Always verify. Always do your own research.
Same, but Indonesia’s ccTLD of .my.id
saves my day, my registrar supports e-wallet for easy payment
@ChrisPAR Should I start another web host? This time, with AI features.
I don’t see how AI would help with that, but go for it if you feel it would be helpful
What should it be? A free web host or a paid web host?
As long as you do not use emails found in a data breach in order to advertise your web hosting then I suppose either can work
I might name it BinaryHost
did the number of inodes double?
Time for the sequel to this:
I don’t know how much sense it makes to advertise something that was 80k (< y2018) then was cut to 30k and then increased to 60k
They probably increased it but forgot to edit the limit trigger
My ~/.cache
folder is taking me about 2GB of disk space
So I setup a crontab like this:
*/5 * * * * find ~/.cache/ -type f -atime +3 -delete
and it will delete any cache file that was created more than 3 days ago. Problem solved!
You can also delete sys journal logs older than 1 day
sudo journalctl --vacuum-time=1d
Just installed that into root
’s cron jobs
Another 500MB freed. Hooray!
how does this have over 4,000 posts ?!

This is because, well, people chatted a lot
The safe confusion happened to me when I came back to the forum. So just enjoy yourself
