Other Information

It has been multiple hours since I made this domain and it just wont work, I have tried adding the SSL certificate from the menu as well and after multiple hours it does not say that it has detected the cname record so I assume it may be related to this? The main link https://www.averze.xyz works just fine.

Should be .xyz , not .com

Remove subdomain from hosting account then add it in again

no i typoed that in the forum its in the image there as .xyz

It seems like the DNS records for your subdomain were not correctly set up. Can you try to remove the domain from the account and add it again? That should recreate the required settings on our end.

I just did that, but im still getting the error.

Please note that DNS changes take some time to take effect. Hence the “if this issue persist for more than a few hours” part of the message.
