I have tried to point the name servers to ns1.epizy.com ns2.epizy.com. And it seems on my domain provider side everything is ok (I have contacted them) but still after a week I get this error

Your domain is not yet pointing to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com. Change your nameservers at your domain registrar and wait a few hours.

Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

And if necessary remove the existing NS data and add it again (so that the data is refreshed)

In How to add your own domain to your account the nameservers are listed as

  • ns1.byet.org
  • ns2.byet.org
  • ns3.byet.org
  • ns4.byet.org
  • ns5.byet.org

So I have to change the nameservers from ns1.epizy.com to ns1.byet.org?

Both versions pointing to the same place :slight_smile:
There’s probably something stuck on their side, so it’s best to delete and add NS again
to force their system to pull new data

After a certain time (within 24h) check this TEST
and if you see at bottom our NS then go with adding a domain here

Just one more question is that possible to only use ns1-ns2 or do I have to provide all five ns. I ask you since the company told me ns3, ns4, ns5 do not meet the DENIC (.de Registry) requirements since A records are not created.

Enough is actually one, but it is recommended two in case the first does not work

But pay attention that nsX.epizy = only 2 exist (number 1 and 2)
byet = 5
