I was able to have SSL certificate for my website. But when I used incognito or other devices, this reminder shows: Your connection to this site is not secure.
URL also shows http only instead of the secure one https

It works for me. Try cleaning your browser cache and try again.

Your HTTPS works fine, however they/you will need to manually input the HTTPS with the site link instead of auto-redirect/rewrite.
Please read this KB article from infinityfree to learn on how to auto-redirect all users or visitors into an https secure website instead of only http.
