I already told you yesterday that the forum is not the place to discuss such issues. Creating more topics and posting the issue on various other topics is not the solution.
Support will respond to your ticket as soon as it comes up.
Also, please note the following message above the reply field:
Replying now will move your ticket to the back of the queue!
So the additional replies you added to the ticket will only make it take longer for you to get a reply.
Just have patience while your ticket is in queue. There is nothing else you can do.
