I didn’t do anything; I just wanted to update my website files using FileZilla for FTP file transmission. Suddenly, my account got suspended. I already contacted support through a ticket, but it’s been an hour, and there’s still no reply from the support staff. This is for our final capstone defense, and I really need this resolved. I think 2025 is starting with bad luck for me.
The support staff is handling multiple suspensions like yours, so it won’t be as quick as paid hosting. you will have to wait for their reply and have a little patience. they typically respond within 6 hours (or more in rare cases). this is a public forum, so we can’t know how you got suspended or why. you should wait for their reply in the support ticket.
I got my account suspended a long time ago for the same reason, but their response time via email was super fast, and they got my account back. As I remember, the support ticket system back then didn’t have a reply or message view option. I don’t know why it’s different now. Btw, Thank for replying.
Support response times can vary. It can be as little as 10 minutes, or over 12 hours. It depends on the ticket load and available staff, as well as the time of day and public holidays.
So it taking over an hour is not unusual, and definitely not a reason to post here sounding the alarm over tickets being ignored.
