I’m getting 403 Forbidden error when Yandex bot tries to access my robots.txt and sitemap.xml.
Could you please whitelist Yandex bot for my domain?

The Yandex crawler is blocked platform wide.
There’s no way to make exceptions for specific sites I’m afraid.
