Is the support forum of premium hosting xvhost reliable? I just checked on the site but I can’t find any 24/7 support indicated… I’m planning to upgrade soon if I’ll get lucky

XVHost does have support, but it is not simply said so on the page.
You can use ticket system once you upgrade to XVHost and your tickets will be checked in decent enough time.
Although we currently do not have live chat if that’s what you were asking for we may take look at this feature and maybe implent it, but that’s not guaranteed yet.
Well about support being available 24/7 it’s kinda theoretical question.
As XVHost support is not managed by people from different timezones we cannot guarantee that the support tickets will be checked on that daynight half which is normal for you.
However I can say by my own experience with using XVHost that it will almost never give you any big headache as it is better than InfinityFree hosting is more reliable more stable.
I can posibbly say that the only problems you are going to encounter will be related to the web softwares that you will be using or if they will be cPanel related you will be able to easily lookup for documentation online.
So it’s not a big deal to worry about.
