www.espc.es Unable to connect to domain name

** The URL of my website is: * https: //www.espc.es/*

It does not connect to the domain and I get this in all browsers:
An error occurred connecting to www.espc.es. The other party reports that it has experienced an internal error.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT

In the state of the ssl it comes out as active but in:
Step 3: Install the SSL certificate on espc.es
Ensure the SSL certificate is installed correctly on your domain name.
I get this:

Domain Status
espc.es Unable to connect to domain name
www.espc.es Unable to connect to domain name

The software I am using is a scrip that does not carry BD but has been running on another served without problems.

You need to install the SSL certificate for your domain on your hosting account. The instructions to do that are here, but the part that interests you is “Installing an existing certificate”. Just follow that part to install the SSL certificate and after some minutes you should have access to your website via HTTPS.
