If your mean the email that comes with free account, it was disable due to many problems. You can search the forums, there are a lot of topics about that.

So, if you want email with your own domain name, you can try Yandex or Zoho.
If you’re planning to use WordPress, I personally recommend using Zoho since they provide their own WordPress plugin, and it’s quite simple to set up.
