Softalicious installed WP with the theme with no errors or issues; however, the theme is not showing on the site. I cleared the browser & Cloudflare cache. I reinstalled it many times. I installed using a provided theme (not custom or import or anything). How do I resolve this?

It is showing.
However, nearly all theme demos these days don’t show the out of box theme install. They only shows the already complete site, with a ton of customization and usually page builders involved.
So it is showing, but you have to work. You cannot just expect to get a theme and magically get a complete site as the demo.

From your perspective, you have installed the theme and would like to have it look similar to or at least have something that matches the demo link you provided.
That is a correct direction but one more step. You see themes and demo data are 2 types of things to import, you can install a theme without the data (the theme creator left you with room to create) or you would like to have a framework to support your work - that is the demo data you want.
By inspecting your code, I see you installed PopularFX theme and you should follow this guide for the steps after theme installation to get the demo data you want.
