Wp-admin isn't loading, saying too many redirect

If you use Cloudflare’s Flexible SSL mode, you’ll have to change the website URL from HTTPS to HTTP via your database’s phpMyAdmin by following this guide, posted originally on another post:

1. Go to your Control Panel, then click on “MySQL Databases”.
2. Click on “Admin” next to the database you want to manage.
3. Locate a table named wp_options (or whatever it will be, depending on your WordPress installation).
4. Edit the siteurl and home values to have the HTTP version of your domain (for example, https://yourdomain would become http://yourdomain) and execute the query.
