I’m not sure what you did exactly. But I would recommend to make sure that when migrating a website, you migrate the ENTIRE website, not just parts of it. Copying the base install first and then copying the plugins over is a great way to accidentally destroy important data in the target site. Migrating the entire site as-is, and only changing the absolute minimum to make it work on the target host, is much safer and much easier too.
i am not migrating like what are u addressing i am just migrating local host plugins and data collectively to new one
So you are migrating. I’m not sure what you think migrating is but whatever you are moving data from one place to another that is a migration.
Since I’m not sure what you have done, I would recommend restarting. Clear your hosting account and migrate your website again, the correct way.
Then
It sounds to me like it’s exactly the same. If it’s not, then please elaborate.
Frankly, the issues you’re experiencing could not happen if you actually did what you described in your first post.
But given the very different style of writing between your initial posts and subsequent replies, I’m starting to doubt that you actually did what you said you did. It seems more like you used AI to generate some sensible looking post and chucked it in here to get help.
If so, understand that by doing so, you are lying to us about your issue, wasting both our time and your own by misleading us about the nature of the question you have.
Your migration steps look thorough, especially updating the siteurl and home in the database. If the install screen still appears, it likely means WordPress can’t read your wp-config.php or connect to the database properly. Double-check file permissions and ensure there are no hidden typos or whitespace in wp-config.php.
