Hi, WPStatistics isn’t working. I’ve already updated everything on the site.
What could it be? Is there another one that would work on InfinityFree?

Everything in wordpress and database is up to date.
I’m not familiar with that plugin. What is it supposed to do? And what exactly is not working about it?
It should show the number of hits, also give specifications with browser types, etc.
So specifically what isn’t working with it?
Doing some quick research, it looks like WPStatistics ideally needs 256MB ram.
I think the limit here may be 158MB so that might be part of the problem.
Free hosting has a RAM limit of 512 MB
It used to be 128 MB (Still not 158) but was increased when the PHP 8 upgrade rolled out I think

I don’t know that plugin, I don’t know what it’s supposed to do, I don’t know how it’s supposed to do that, I don’t know what it actually does on your website, and I don’t know why it’s doing that on your website instead of what it’s supposed to do.

But the range of options you can use for website software is HUGE. WordPress is popular, but there are are 60,000 plugins in the official plugin directory alone, and who knows how many plugins exist that are not listed there. So please understand that we’re not experts on all the software you can use here, so we don’t know every issue or how to fix them.
You may have more luck looking for a forum or other support channel of the WP Statistics plugin. They can probably tell you a lot more about this than we can.
