wordpress website suddenly shows "error 404! we could not find that page"

I had just finish editing my wordpress website http://primaxtechnologies.co.ke ,then tried to refresh a page suddenly the error “error 404! we could not find that page” appeared on page.I checked all pages and the error appears in all pages. I can’t access even the websites wordpress dashboard.
what can i do please help the website was fully functional prior to the error

Your site works fine here, wp-admin also looks fine from here.
Try clearing your browser cache.
