Definitely! In fact, you can install WordPress right from Softaculous, found in the Client Area of your account!

Yes infinityfree does support wordpress and is available along with 400+ other applications as a simple one click install from the script installer that’s comes with your dashboard
Or you may choose to manually install it yourself by uploading the files and setting up a mysql database
The one click script installer is easier as it automatically sets up everything

But why can I not simply copy and paste wordpress files from htdocs of local host and paste them here in file manager of infinity?
As @lovebug stated:
Yes, you can upload your WordPress installation to htdocs, then create a database and configure it to your WordPress installation.
I would recommend using FileZilla, the InfinityFree File Manager can sometimes be buggy.

Okay. The wordpress has been installed. Now I need to transfer local one to infinity. How do I transfer it?
you’ll have export your local mysql database and then import it to infinityfree
